About Me
April Uhrin is a longtime professional storyteller and performing artist. In her work with students, she shares different storytelling styles and techniques, with a strong focus on the importance of body language, inflection, pacing, pausing, vocal range, character voices, and more. April has performed for libraries, schools, and storytelling festivals all over the country, and can adapt her repertoire for audiences of all ages. She earned her BFA in Theater from Point Park University in Pittsburgh.
