About Me
Bob Zentz began performing professionally in his native Norfolk, Virginia, in 1962. From teaching folk music classes in Old Dominion University’s Rainbow Program in 1971, to being an instructor at the inaugural Common Ground, Scotland, in 2002, Bob has done it all. Today, he has no intention of slowing down and continues to perform nearly every week the year from schools to concert halls, festivals to fairs, and everywhere in between. Bob is dedicated to a life of presenting, performing and introducing traditional music and its derivatives to those who are already fans and those unaware of its existence alike.
