With over 30 characters, this show takes place in the middle of a tidal salt marsh near the Chesapeake Bay. Seemore, the spunky seagull, flies low over the marshes and is convinced that it is the most boring, smelly place in the world. Never one to have her home shortchanged, Wanda, the barred owl, whips up a non-stop review of characters demonstrating the diversity, beauty and importance of the marshes and its inhabitants. The performance features singing reeds, mumichogs, fiddling fiddler crabs and a special appearance by Dan Drum of the Fishy News Network on location! The scientific foundations of the program were created through a partnership with the Virginia Marine Science Museum. For more information on museum tours, call the Museum at (757) 437-6000.
